In light of the parties' joint request for additional time to allow for the Board's review, the Court hereby ORDERS that the parties file a JSR on or before August 13, 2007. The JSR shall inform the Court, inter alia, whether the Board has issued its decision, whether a hearing has been held or will be held, and, in the event that a decision has not yet been issued, when the parties expect the Board will issue its decision. * * * * * * * * * * *
