THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. ****************************************** ORDER On February 28, 2007, the parties filed a joint status report ("JSR") informing the Court that Plaintiff provided its response regarding the redacted ethics report to the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records ("AFBCMR" or "Board") on February 14, 2007. Moreover, Plaintiff was provided, on February 26, 2007, with additional documents that, due to an inadvertent error, had not, but should have been, previously provided to him. In the event that Plaintiff determines that further response is necessary, he anticipates that it will be filed with the AFBCMR on or before March 10, 2007. In light of the parties' joint request for additional time to allow for the Board's review, the Court hereby ORDERS that the parties file a JSR on or before April 30, 2007. The JSR shall inform the Court, inter alia, whether Plaintiff filed a supplemental response with the AFBCMR and, if so, on which date. The JSR shall also specifically address whether the AFBCMR has determined if it will require a hearing and when the parties expect the Board will issue its decision. * * * * * * * * * * *
