JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's December 18, 2006 order, the parties respectfully submit the following Joint Status Report regarding the status of proceedings before the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records ("AFBCMR" or "board"). The Judge Advocate General released a redacted copy of the ethics report to Mr. Lopez-Velazquez on December 12, 2006. Mr. LopezVelazquez's response is due on or before January 12, 2007. Counsel for Mr. Lopez-Velazquez anticipates filing a motion to request an enlargement of time, through and including February 13, 2007, within which Mr. Lopez-Velazquez may respond.
