JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's November 1, 2005 order, the parties respectfully submit the following Joint Status Report on the status of proceedings before the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records ("AFBCMR" or "board"). Since this Court remanded the abovetitled matter to the AFBCMR, the board has assembled the case file and acquired a transcript of prior proceedings before the board. The board has also announced that it will assemble a panel to review this matter in early January 2006.
