THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. ****************************************** ORDER Pursuant to the Court's Order dated January 22, 2007, Plaintiff was to file a status report regarding the status of proceedings before the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records ("AFBCMR" or "Board"), on or before February 2, 2007. On February 4, 2007, Plaintiff filed a motion to enlarge the amount of time to file the status report and also submitted his status report, informing the Court that he expects to respond to the ethics report on February 13, 2007. The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's motion to enlarge. It is hereby ORDERED that the parties file a joint status report ("JSR") on or before February 26, 2007, informing the Court of the date on which Plaintiff's response to the ethics report was filed with the Board and of the status of proceedings there. The JSR shall specifically address whether the AFBCMR has determined if it will require a hearing and when the parties expect the Board will issue its decision. * * * * * * * * * * *
