JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's order dated August 23, 2007, the parties respectfully submit the following joint status report and proposed briefing schedule. In light of the decision by the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records ("AFBCMR" or "board") issued on August 9, 2007, both parties intend to file dispositive motions. Accordingly, the parties propose the following briefing schedule: 1. 2. Plaintiff shall file his dispositive motion on or before November 30, 2007. Defendant shall file its response to plaintiff's motion, and cross motion, on or before January 14, 2008. 3. Plaintiff shall file his reply brief in support of his motion, and his response to defendant's cross motion, on or before February 11, 2008. 4. Defendant shall file its reply brief in support of its cross motion on or before February 27, 2008.
