ORDER The parties filed a joint status report on September 13, 2007, indicating that both parties intend to file dispositive motions, and proposing a briefing schedule for the motions. It is hereby ORDERED that: Plaintiff shall file its dispositive motion on or before December 3, 2007. Defendant shall file its response to Plaintiff's motion and its cross-motion on or before January 17, 2008. The deadlines for the subsequent response and reply motions shall be determined according to the Rules of this Court.
