Defendants oppose the current request of Plaintiff to set this matter for a jury trial at this time. Defendants' motion for summary judgment is currently pending before this Court, and if granted, will dispose of this matter in its entirety. Defendants therefore request that this matter be set for trial, if necessary, after the Court issues a ruling on the Defendants' pending motion for summary judgment.
