IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA BARBARA BOOTH, Plaintiff, v. QWEST COMMUNICATIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Foreign Corporation; and SEDGWICK CLAIMS MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., a Foreign Corporation, Defendants. On July 15, 2005, this Court issued an Order granting a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of the Defendants in this matter. On July 18, 2005, judgment was entered dismissing the above-referenced matter with prejudice. Counsel for the Plaintiff hereby brings this Motion to Withdraw as counsel of record pursuant to L.R.Civ 83.3 of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure for the United States District Court.
