This case was decided by summary judgment in favor of the United States on July 6"‘,

2005. As a result, plaintiff Reverend Robert W. Schlicht ("plaintiff”) is liable to the United
20
States for the 26 U.S.C. § 6672 trust fund recovery penalties assessed against him, in the total
21
amount of $1 15,773.16, relating to the unpaid payroll taxes of Schlicht Memorial Lutheran
22
Home (the “Corporation"), for the tax periods ending March 30, 1997; June 30, 1997; and
23
September 31, 1997. ie

Therefore, judgment is entered in favor of the United States and against Robert W.
25
Schlicht in the amount of $1 15,773.16, plus statutory interest from November 18, 2002, pursuant
26
to 26 U.S.C. Sections 6601, 6621 and 6622, for the 26 U.S.C. Section 6672 trust fund recovery
27
penalties against him, relating to the unpaid payroll taxes of Schilcht Memorial Lutheran Home,
