Final judgment having been entered, Defendant filed an Amended Bill of Costs on June 5, 2006, seeking the taxation of $4,950.71. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. 2. 3. Clerk Fees - The $50.00 claimed is allowed. Service Fees - The $1,299.05 claimed is allowed. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1 (e)(3), of the $3,027.83 claimed, only $2,805.33 is allowed. (No Appearance Fee allowed.) 4. Exemplification Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1 (e)(5), the $573.83 is denied. It is therefore ordered that $4,154.38 be taxed by the Clerk and made a part of the judgment.
