Before the Court is the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintifgtiled by Friedman &
F eiger, LLP and Michael D. Donohue. The Court, having reviewed the pleadings in this matter,
finds that the motion is adequately supported, is well taken and should be granted.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff is granted,
and Friedman & Feiger, LLP and Michael D. Donohue are permitted withdrawal as Plaintiffs
counsel. Henceforth, Plaintiff will be represented by the law firm of Coppersmith Gordon Schermer
Owens & Nelson.
