Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the claim by Plaintiff Aventis Technologies Corporation against Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, given that there are no other claims against Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in this matter, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hereby dismissed as a party from this matter.
