The Court, having reviewed the pleadings in this matter, and being advised that Plaintiff Aventis Technologies Corporation and Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. have reached a compromise agreement and settlement of their dispute with prejudice and with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, finds that the Agreed Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice is well taken and should be granted.

Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the claim by Plaintiff Aventis Technologies Corporation against Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, given that there are no other claims against Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in this matter, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is hereby dismissed as a party from this matter.
