Because the Response was sealed, the Clerk's Office cannot release the Response without a court order. The Plaintiff was ordered to provide Defendant with a copy of Plaintiff's response so that Defendant can file a Reply in Support of its Motion for Summary Judgment. To date, Defendant has not received the Response by the Plaintiff. Upon Defendant's motion and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED instructing the Clerk's Office to release a copy of Plaintiff's sealed Response (Dkts. 56, 57) to Defendant. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall have twenty (20) days after it receives Plaintiff's Response to file its Reply in Support of its Motion for Summary Judgment.
