15 the clerk's office to provide a copy of Docket Number 53, Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's 16 Motion for Summary Judgment to the undersigned attorney. Plaintiff informed the court at the 17 status hearing on September 20, 2005, that he served a copy of his Response by mail to the 18 United States Attorneys' Office. The undersigned attorney has not received a copy of Plaintiff's 19 Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment as of October 3, 2005. This Court set th 20 a deadline of October 14 for the Reply. The undersigned attorney is unable to file a Reply 21 because Plaintiff's Response has not been served upon or received by the United States 22 Attorney's Office. Plaintiff's Response is currently sealed and therefore, it cannot be retrieved 23 from the computer docket system. The undersigned Attorney respectfully requests that a copy 24 of Docket 53, Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment be provided 25 by the clerk's office to the undersigned attorney. 26 27 28
