Plaintiff filed a Motion to Exceed Page Limit (Dkt.53) on Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Rule 7.2(e) of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure require that "the response including its supporting memorandum . . . shall not exceed seventeen (17) pages, exclusive of attachments and any required statement of facts." LRCiv 7.2(e). The Plaintiff's Response is 19 pages, including the signature page. Having considered the motion, finding no objection, and good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED granting Plaintiff's motion to exceed page limit. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall file Plaintiff's Response to Motion for Summary Judgment and Controverting Statement of Facts, both currently lodged at the Sealed Docket Clerk's desk.
