2 Wickenburg Pump and Electrical did on April 5"` 1988; April 11"` 1988; and January 4* 1996
— perform electrical work on the property subject of this litigation. Work consisting of upgrading,
expanding, and repairing the electrical distribution system on the property.
3 {certify all the work that was performed by Wickerrburg Pump and Electrical on the property
located at 65524 Hwy 60, Salome AZ, was done by a Licensed Electrician.
4. I submit the above information pursuant to Rule 56(f) due to the fact the work was performed several
years ago, and I have not been able to locate the electrician who was employed by Wickenburg
Pump And Electrical that did the work set forth in Plaintiffs Separate Statement of Facts.
