I Tammy J. Doud say and dispose the following, a11d am competent and if called upon
to due so will testify to the following facts:
1. That I am and was at all relevant times the Personal Assistant to James W. Field.
2. That all the events listed below accord on October 30, 2002 and at Mr. Fields
Property located at 65524 Hwy 60, Salome, AZ. 85348.
3. At approximately 2:30 p.m. Iwas running Mr. Fie1ds’ Stand when the La Paz
County Civil Deputy Sheriff Pete Heere, La Paz County Sheriff, Jeff Bolhen, La
Paz Detective Joe Esqorsa, La Paz County Animal Control Officer Merle
Rodgers, La Paz County Building Inspector, Guy Gomian, La Paz County Health
Department, Dave Boatwright, and La Paz County Code Enforcement Specialist
Penny Dalhberg arrived and inundated the front parking area with their vehicles.
I 4. I asked Deputy Heere ifl could help him with something?
5. Mr. Heere told me "We need to see Jim so where is he.
6. I explained that he was not there, and that it would be a while before he would be
- home, so I again asked if I could help them.
7. Mr. Heere told me that He knows I always tell he that Jim is not home but he is
home just back on the back of the property hiding, so to just go and get him
because they needed to speak to him.
8. I again told Mr. Heere that Jim was not on the property and ifl might be able to
help them out.
9. Mr. Heere began to say something and just then Mrs. Field came out of her office
to see what all the cornrnotion was, so Mr. Heere says oh Susan, Susan seeing as

you are % owner I will just go ahead and serve this to you, and they did.
[Tammy J. Doud have examined the statements above made by me, and under penalty
