to due so will testify to the following facts:
1. That I am and was at all relevant times the Personal Assistant to James W. Field.
2. On or about February 12, 2003 I called the Board of Supervisors Office at 1-888-
526-8685 and spoke with Donna.
3. On or about February 12, 2003 I asked Donna if she could tell me what day the
Zoning Commissioner, Jerry Palmer took office.
4. On or about February 12, 2003, Donna informed me that Commissioner Palmer’s
first official day was February 7, 1997.
