Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, plaintiff shall file a response to defendant's renewed motion for summary judgment no later than Friday, December 22, 2006. Further, the parties shall contact the undersigned's judicial assistant by no later than Friday, November 3, 2006, to schedule a status conference to discuss plaintiff's motion to re-open discovery. At the status conference, which shall occur before Friday, November 30, 2006, the court will, if necessary, revisit plaintiff's deadline to respond to defendant's renewed motion IT IS SO ORDERED.
