The parties requested an additional month in which to continue their discussions and file an updated joint status report. The court is pleased that the parties are attempting to reach a settlement in this matter and thus GRANTS the parties' request. Accordingly, the parties shall file a joint status report indicating the progress of their discussions no later than Thursday, February 21, 2008. If requested, the court will provide whatever assistance it can prior to that date. IT IS SO ORDERED.
