JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's February 25, 2008 Order, the parties respectfully submit this Joint Status Report. The parties are currently attempting to resolve this case through settlement. The parties have scheduled a mediation for the week of June 16, 2008. Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that they be permitted to continue settlement discussions and submit an updated joint status report on or before July 31, 2008. Should the parties reach an impasse in negotiations prior to that time, they will notify the Court.
