The POST, Lexcel and MTSI parties hereby file the attached supplement to the Consolidated Statement of Facts In Support of POST, Lexcel, and MTSI Parties' Consolidated Response in Opposition to Nelcela's Motions for Summary Judgment. In the consolidated Statement of Facts, at ¶ 102, footnote 1 states that Gene Clothier "was unavailable to execute the Addendum but intends to do so."
