The POST, Lexcel and MTSI parties request leave to exceed the 17 page limitation of Local Rule 72(e). Although Nelcela filed three separate motions directed to each of the moving parties -- POST, Lexcel and MTSI -- the three responding parties have agreed to file a consolidated response. Accordingly, the Court will receive one response to all of Nelcela's motions, instead of three. The consolidated response is 33 pages, far less in length than the 51 pages that would have been available to the three parties collectively if they had filed separate responses.
