1 Pursuant to the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure (ARCP), Rule 26.1, Nelcela, Inc., et. al.,
2 (herein collectively referred to as "Nelcela") submit this 13* supplemental disclosure statement.

41 VIII. THE EXISTENCE, LOCATION, CUSTODIAN AND GENERAL DESCRIPTION
OF ANY TANGIBLE EVIDENCE OR RELEVANT DOCUMENTS THAT THE
5 DISCLOSING PARTY PLANS TO USE AT TRIAL.
6 Nelcela hereby supplements its previous disclosure of documents to include additional
7 item(s) of tangible evidence and documents it intends to use at trial.
8 1. Nelcela hereby discloses that it has in its possession three (3) 3.5" floppy disks that
9 were obtained from Charles ("Charlie") Anderson. Upon information and belief Mr. Anderson
10 obtained these disks after settlement with Lexcel Solutions, Inc. ("Lexcel").
1 1 Any party may make arrangements to inspect these disks by arranging with Nelcela’s counsel,
12 Veronica Manolio, a mutually-convenient time to do so. Unless and until such arrangements are
13 made, the disks shall be kept in the offices of counsel for Nelcela.
