EMPLOYMENT y
This Employment Agreement is drawn as ofthe [ E day vf ,&
l996_ by and between Credit Card Services, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as Company) and
Alec Dollarhide (hereinafter referred to as Employee) as follows:
Company and Employee, for the consideration named, agree as follows:
1. TERM. This Agreement will remain in effect for a minimum of six (6) months from
the date of signature. During the term of this Agreement employee agrees to work,
and Company guarantees, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
2. SERVICES. Employee agrees to perform general sohware production, maintenance
and data processingqelated tasks (Programming) as assigned and directed by
A — _` Company oilicers and directors.
A 3. COMPENSATION TO EMPLOYEE. Company agrees to pa as the exclusive form
of payment for services rendered by Employee the sum of dollars per
hour plus reasonable travel and work-related expenses. Additionally, you will receive
any and all benefits as outlined in the Company Employee Resource Book.
Your acceptance ofthe terms of employment as outlined above will be indicated by your
signature below. Continued employment beyond the term of this agreement will be at the
Sole discretion ofthe Company and will be based on mutual acceptance by Employee and
Company.
