1 6 Nelcela, Inc., Len Campagna and Alec Dollarhide (collectively "Nelcela") hereby respectfully
17 request leave of this Court to tile a collective Reply that exceeds the 11-page limit mandated by
18 Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7.2(e). 1
19 Nelcela originally tiled three (3) separate motions for partial summary judgment against I
20 Lexcel, Inc. and Lexcel Solutions, Inc. (“Lexcel"), Post Integrations, Inc., Mary Gerdts and Douglas
21 McKinney ("Post") and Merchant Transaction Systems, Inc, Gene and Tone Clothier ("MTSl").
22 (Docket at 323-325.) Lexcel, Post and MTSI jointly responded in one response. (Docket at 351.)
23 For convenience to the Court and all parties, Nelcela wishes to reply only once to the joint Response
24 in a consolidated Reply and respectfully asks for permission to tile its Reply in excess ofthe 1 1-page
25 limit in Rule 7.2(e). Nelcela agrees not to exceed the thirty-three (33) pages itwould be permitted
26 1 to use should it tile 3 separate Replies and will streamline the Reply as best as it possibly can.
