PLAINTIFF'S STATUS REPORT REGARDING MEDIATION

Pursuant to this Court's Order of December 14, 2007, Plaintiff, Northern Wisconsin Produce Company, Inc. ("Northern Wisconsin"), by and through its undersigned counsel, herewith submits its status report regarding the mediation ordered by this Court. A mediation was scheduled to occur with Magistrate Judge Edward Voss on January 11, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. A confidential mediation memorandum was forwarded to Judge Voss by the undersigned. Due to an illness suffered by Northern Wisconsin's representative, the undersigned filed a motion with Judge Voss seeking to postpone the mediation date. Judge Voss granted Northern Wisconsin's motion and rescheduled the mediation for February 20, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
