18 Plaintiff, Northern Wisconsin Produce Company, Inc. ("Northern Wisconsin"), by and
19 through its undersigned counsel, herewith submits its motion ("Motion") to continue the
20 January il, 2008 settlement conference set before the Honorable Edward C. Voss. Northern
21 Wisconsin’s spokesperson and representative, Mark Lindernann, is a resident ofi\/[anitwoc,
22 Wisconsin. Although he has made travel arrangements to attend the settlement conference, he
23 is quite ill and unable to attend the settlement conference in person on January l 1, 2008. The
24 undersigned called Defendant Steven Delaportas on January 8, 2008 to request Defendant’s
25 consent to a continuance of this settlement conference, but has not yet heard back from Mr.
26 Delaportas. ‘
