A status conference for purposes of discussing scheduling and any other matters that the court and parties deem relevant at this time shall be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2007. The conference will be conducted in chambers at the Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The parties will please be prepared to give a full report to the court concerning the remainder of this case and shall have their calendars available at this status conference.
