Thomas Klepper resumes the stand and is cross-examined. Mr. Robinson renews his oral motion to have his expert sit beside him. 12:13 p.m. Court stands at recess. 1:25 p.m. Court reconvenes. Thomas Klepper resumes the stand, is cross-examined, further examined on redirect, and excused. Exhibit 20 is admitted into evidence. 3:31 p.m. Court stands at recess. 3:55 p.m. Court reconvenes.
