The "statements" that I allegedly made to federal officers regarding the natural person Keith
Priest and any private persons dealings I had with him were not made by myself as a "federal
person" making an ofticial complaint to federal officials. I spoke to them in my private capacity
as a private woman in the context ofa casual conversation. My intent was merely to be helpful to
the federal and IRS officers as my public servants, in the common law sense. I did not mean to
appear as a witness to alleged public activities as the activities in question where private.
I have since realized that my casual comments may be used as a "public complaint" giving the
D.O.J . and IRS "interest" in my private agreements. I do not have the authority to speak of my
private agreements without the permission of my trustee and may have overstepped my bounds
in my casual conversations with the federal agents.
I hereby withdraw all conversations and statements with federal and [RS officials concemin g
Keith Priest, IFC, any trust or alleged trustee, and any such private dealings I may have had with
them. individually or severally. I further do not give my permission to federal agents or the U.S.
District court to use any bank account information associated with myself for any reason what so
ever.
I apologize for any misunderstanding that I may have caused and will take care in the future to
be more aware oftny private capacity and my duties to my private agreements. _
