Status Hearing held. Mr. Robinson advises the Court that he intends to adopt the objections previously filed by Mr. Juarez as to Rachel McElhinney. IT IS ORDERED granting Mr. Juarez' motion to withdraw as counsel. Order to follow. 3:33 p.m. Everyone is excused from the courtroom with the exception of Mr. Poseley, Ms. Ensign, Mr. Kunkle, and Mr. Gonzalez (telephonically). IT IS ORDERED sealing the ex parte portion of the transcript. Discussion held re: Defendant Poseley and Ensign's pro se motions for ineffective assistance of counsel and request for new counsel. IT IS ORDERED denying the Defendants' pro se motions for ineffective assistance of counsel. 4:00 p.m. Mr. Kunkle, Mr. Poseley, Ms. Ensign, and Mr. Gonzalez are exucsed from the courtroom. Mr. Priest and Mr. Parzych are now present. Mr. Priest makes statements to the Court re: Defendant Priest's motion to show cause on attorney's refusal to file leave of court to amend plea [828]. The Court GRANTS Mr. Parzych leave to file a sentencing memorandum. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying Mr. Priest's request. 4:14 p.m. Counsel and all defendants are now present. The Court DIRECTS Mr. Kunkle to file any objections and any sentencing memorandum by close of business on Monday, June 5, 2006.
