17 At all times relevant to this Information:
18 That on or about February 18, 2000, in the District of Arizona, and elsewhere, the
19 defendant, Paul K. Bryan, having devised and attempted to devise a scheme to defraud, and to
20 obtain money and property of others by means of false representations, and for the purpose of
21 executing and attempting to execute the scheme, did knowingly cause to be transmitted, by
22 means of a wire communication in interstate commerce, an interstate wire of S 100,000.00 from
23 a PRC account at National Bank in Arizona to Paul Bryan’s Oaks Bank and Trust account in
24 Texas.
25 All in violation of 18 U.S.C. §l343.
