On Motion of Defendant, no position by the government, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED granting Defendant's motion for a determination of his competency to stand trial pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 4241 and 4247. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED appointing Dr. Kathryn A. Menendez, 1212 E. Osborn Rd., Phoenix, AZ, to conduct the evaluation and prepare a report to the Court pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4247(c). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED authorizing the payment of compensation to Dr. Menendez for the evaluation and report at her normal hourly rate to be determined by further order of the Court.
