Notice is hereby given of the United States' intention to introduce written certifications that conform to the amended Federal Rules of Evidence 803(6) and 902(11), effective December 1, 2000. Under the rules, a Custodian of Record may certify a document as a business record through a written declaration that meets the requirements of the Rule in lieu of live testimony.
