21 I named defendant in the amount of $12,837.81 consisting of principal, costs and accruing
22 interest. There is a balance due of $8,988.99 through May 10, 2006.

8 Under the law, there are disposable earnings which are exempt from this writ of
9 Garnishrrrent. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §1674, Gamishee is prohibited from discharging the
10 N defendant 1i·om employment by reason of the fact that his earnings have been subject to
11 i garnishment for any one indebtedness.
12 If you fail to answer this writ or withhold property in accordance with this writ, the
13 United States of America may petition the Court for an order requiring you to appear before
14 the Court. If you fail to appear or do appear and fail to show good cause why you failed to
15 comply with this writ, the Court may enter a judgment against you for the value of the
16 debtor’s non-exempt property. It is unlawful to pay or deliver to the defendant any item
17 attached by `s writ. .
