Baseline Road Lot 136, Tempe, Arizona 85283-1131, in the above cited action 23 in the amount of $7,934.24, and post-judgment interest at the rate of 6.241%, compounded 24 annually. The total balance due on the judgment is $9,200.20, as of May 12, 2008. 25 Demand for payment of the above-stated debt was made upon the debtor more than 26 30 days before this application, and debtor has failed to satisfy the debt. 27 The Garnishee is believed to have possession of property in which the debtor has 28 a substantial nonexempt interest, and it is believed that the Garnishee will continue to have v.
