IT IS ORDERED committing the Defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term

of TWELVE (12) MONTHS AND ONE (1) DAY. The Court recommends that Defendant be

placed at a facility in Southern California. The Court further recommends to the Bureau of Prisons

that the Defendant receive substance abuse counseling while he is incarcerated.
