named defendant in the amount of $7,934.24 consisting of principal, costs and accruing

interest. There is a balance due of $8,634.42 through April 25, 2007. ‘

You are required by law to answer in writing, under oath, within ten days, whether or -

not you have in your possession, any non-exempt property of the defendant.

2 25% of the defendant judgment debtor's non-exempt earnings, if any, as you determine in
3 accordance with the Non-Exempt Earnings Statement form attached to the Answer of
4 Garnishee form provided you.

6 whether such payments are weekly, bi—weekly, monthly, or otherwise. _

9 Phoenix, Arizona 85003-21 18. Additionally, you are required by law to serve a copy of your

11 and upon the United States Attomey at Financial Litigation Unit, 405 W. Congress, #4900,

13 Under the law, there are disposable earnings which are exempt from this writ of
14 Gamishment. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §1674, Garrrishee is prohibited from discharging the
15 defendant from employrnent by reason of the fact that his earnings have been subject to p
16 garnishment for any one indebtedness. 4
17 If you fail to answer this writ or withhold property in accordance with this writ, the
18 United States of America may petition the Court for an order requiring you to appear before
19 the Court. If you fail to appear or do appear and fail to show good cause why you failed to
20 comply with this writ, the Court may enter a judgment against you for the value of the
21 debtor's non-exempt property. It is unlawful to pay or deliver to the defendant any item
22 attached by this writ.
