Baseline Road Lot 136, Tempe, Arizona 85283-1131, in the above cited action in the amount of $7,934.24, and post-judgment interest at the rate of 6.241%, compounded annually. The total balance due on the Judgment is $8,634.42, as of April 25, 2007. Demand for payment of the above-stated debt was made upon the debtor more than 30 days before this application, and debtor has failed to satisfy the debt.
