Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(c), the parties stipulate to the entry of a revised proposed Confidentiality Order to ensure confidentiality of sensitive, personal information. A Confidentiality Order was previously entered in this matter. (Doc. 135.) The parties have agreed that the confidentiality order may be revised so as to permit access to Confidential Information by class members when agreed to by Defendants.
