Based on the parties' stipulation to modify Schedule, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. The parties shall submit either a notice of settlement or a joint report on the status of settlement discussions on or before June 29, 2007, and 2. The parties shall file a new proposed Rule 16 scheduling order within ten days after filing a joint report indicating that no settlement has been reached.
