THIS MATTER coming before the Court on the parties' Joint Motion to Vacate Scheduling Order, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: (1) The Fourth Revised Rule 16 Scheduling Order (Dkt. 291) is hereby vacated, including all deadlines set forth therein. (2) On or before June 22, 2007, the parties shall file either a notice of settlement or a joint report on the status of settlement discussions. (3) Within ten days after filing a joint report indicating that no settlement has been reached, the parties shall file a new proposed Rule 16 scheduling order, with revised dates.
