In accordance with the Court s Order dated June 29, 2007, (Doc. 300), the 3

parties hereby submit this joint report on the status of settlement documentation.

Defendants provided a draft of a settlement term sheet to Plaintiffs on Friday,
5

July 6, 2007. Plaintiffs are reviewing the draft settlement term sheet and the parties
6

continue to work on the terms of a settlement. The parties have also agreed to
7

simultaneously work on a draft stipulation of settlement in an effort to comply with the
8

schedule set forth in the Court s Order regarding submission and hearing on the
9

application for preliminary approval of the partial settlement.
