NOTICE OF DEPOSIT ION OF GREG M. RUBIN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Ped. R. Civ. P. 30, Defendant Great
Lakes Chemical Co1poration ("Great Lakes") will take the deposition upon oral
examination of Greg M. Rubin. The deposition will take place beginning at 9:00 am. on
February 6, 2007 at the offices of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, 77 West Wacker Drive, Suite
2500, Chicago, illinois 60601, or at some other mutually agreeable time and place. The
deposition will be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of
the United States and will he recorded by stenographic and/or videographic means. The
deposition will be limited to one (1) day of seven (7) hours of examination, pursuant to
Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(d)(2), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or ordered by
the Court. You are invited to attend.
