PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30, Plaintiff EJ.
du Pont de Nemours and Company ("DuPont”) will take the deposition upon oral
examination of Mitchell Cohn. The deposition will take piace beginning at 9:30 ani. on
January 30, 2007 at the offices of Morgan & Finnegan, L.L.P., 3 World Financial Center,
New York, New York 10281, or at some other mutually agreeable time and place. The
deposition wiil be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of
the United States and will be recorded by stenograpiiic and/or videographic means. The
deposition wilt be limited to one (l) day of seven (7) hours of examination, pursuant to
Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(d)(2), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or ordered by
the Court. You are invited to attend.
