PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30, Plaintiff E.I.
du Pont de Nemours and Company ("DuPont") will take the deposition upon oral
examination of .loAnne Smith Joyce. The deposition will take place beginning at 9:30
am. on January 24, 2007 at the offices of Morgan 8: Finnegan, L.L.P., 3 World Financial
Center, New York, New York 1028 1 , or at some other mutually agreeable time and place.
The deposition will be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws
of the United States and will be recorded by stenographic and/or videographic means.
