NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF BRIAN ENGLER
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30, Defendant Great
Lakes Chemical Corporation ("Great Lakes") will take the deposition upon oral
examination of Brian Engler. The deposition will take place beginning at 9:00 am. on
January 26, 2007 at the oftices of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, 77 West Wacker Drive, Suite
2500, Chicago, Illinois 60601, or at some other mutually agreeable time and place. The
deposition will be taken before an ofticer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of
the United States and will be recorded by steno graphic and/or videographic means. The
deposition will he limited to one (l) day of seven (7) hours of examination, pursuant to
Ped. R. Civ. P. 30(d)(2), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or ordered by
the Court. You are invited to attend.
