PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30, Plaintiff El.
du Pont de Nemours and Company ("DuPont") will take the deposition upon orai
examination of Yuichi Iikubo. The deposition will take place beginning at 9:30 arn. on
February 1, 2007 at the offices of Morgan & Finnegan, L.L.P., 3 Worid Financial Center,
New York, New York 10281, or at some other mutually agreeable time and place. The
deposition will be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of
the United States and will be recorded by stenographic and/or videographic means. The
deposition wili be limited to one (1) day of seven [7) hours of examination, pursuant to
Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(d)(2), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or ordered by
the Court. You are invited to attend.
